Tech Talk: Linus Torvalds hablando sobre GIT
Durante mi charla sobre Crystal Clear durante el evento de #BarCampGt 2010, hice mención sobre el uso de un sistema de versionamiento de código para mejorar la productividad en los proyectos. Despues de haber utilizado CVS y Subversion durante algunos años, y sufrir durante ellos, descubrí el proyecto Git.
En lugar de explicarles que es Git, les dejo al MAESTRO para que les explique de que se trata el proyecto.

Git is a free & open source, distributed version control system designed to handle everything from small to very large projects with speed and efficiency.
Every Git clone is a full-fledged repository with complete history and full revision tracking capabilities, not dependent on network access or a central server. Branching and merging are fast and easy to do.
Git is used for version control of files, much like tools such as Mercurial, Bazaar, Subversion, CVS, Perforce, and Visual SourceSafe.
